Freight Shipping

- Delivery time FR / BE / LUX / IT / NL: approx. 5-10 business days
- All prices apply to mainland deliveries only. For island delivery, please contact us by email.
- Delivery is made curbside. Please ensure that the delivery address is accessible for a truck.
- Delivery is usually handled by a freight carrier who will contact you by phone in advance to arrange a delivery date. Please provide a valid phone number when placing your order.
- We can deliver to additional EU countries on request.
- Delivery delays may occur during sales periods.

Complaints / Right of Withdrawal
Please note that the goods can only be collected at the address where delivery took place.
In addition, the goods must be packaged safely for transport and upright, just as they were delivered, to avoid damage.

Pickup
All items available in the shop can be picked up at our distribution center in Söhnstetten (Gröner-Transporte, Fabrikstr. 1, 89555 Söhnstetten). Simply select "Pickup in shop" at checkout. The panels are usually ready for pickup within 1-2 business days.
Note: Please be aware that this is not an epicPLY-owned warehouse, but the warehouse of our partner Gröner-Transporte. Therefore, this is not a traditional retail location. It is a pure distribution center where you can pick up your ordered items. Spontaneous viewing of the panels is not possible without prior arrangement, as our partners on site are busy with logistics operations. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us by phone.
Unfortunately, self-pickup in Hamburg is currently not possible. Our Hamburg location is an office location only and has no warehouse.

Depending on the location, our partners & pickup points offer additional services such as cutting or CNC. Ordering and pickup are arranged directly with the partner.
