Pickup locations & partners

Would you like to pick up your order yourself or order it directly from one of our partners? No problem.

All items available in the shop can be conveniently picked up at our distribution center in Söhnstetten ( Gröner Transport GmbH, Fabrikstr. 1, 89555 Söhnstetten ). Simply select "Pick up in shop" at checkout. Your records will usually be ready for pickup within 1-2 business days . Once you have received confirmation that your order is ready for pickup, you can collect it in Söhnstetten on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM without prior notice.

Please note: The warehouse in Söhnstetten is not an epicPLY-owned warehouse , but rather the distribution center of our logistics partner , Gröner-Transporte . Therefore, it is not a traditional retail outlet, but solely a collection point. Viewing the panels spontaneously is only possible by prior arrangement.

Additionally, you'll find our partners and pickup locations here, where, depending on the location, you can also use further services such as cutting , CNC machining , or coating . In these cases, orders are placed directly through the respective partner, and pickup is arranged by appointment.

Self-collection in Hamburg is unfortunately not currently possible, as it is purely an office location without a warehouse.
